This role is focused on driving process excellence, by leading continuous improvement projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance.
Main Responsibilities- Validate and implement global standardizations across Transportation Operations and Operational Management activities.
- Ensure the standardization of continuous improvement processes that enhance performance and involve both internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop key metrics and targets in collaboration with Transportation Operations and Operational Management managers, as well as monitor results to track the effectiveness of continuous improvement actions implemented with clients.
- Lead the assessment and mapping of activities carried out across different internal areas to identify process improvement opportunities aimed at optimizing results through time savings, cost reduction, and performance enhancement.
- Advanced English level - Spanish is considered an asset;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Technology;
- Previous experience and knowledge in Continuous Improvement;
- Advanced level in Excel, Power BI, and Python;
