Process Excellence Lead

As a seasoned Process Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for delivering process excellence through expert leadership and facilitation of cross-functional projects. Your primary goal will be to identify and communicate improvements to defined standards, methods, and procedures ensuring quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and implement process improvement needs and options to drive business growth and development.
  • Evaluate and model existing processes to optimize performance and reduce costs.
  • Organize, lead, and facilitate large-scale cross-functional projects to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Develop metrics for process management and future improvement opportunities to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collect data to identify root cause problems and measure performance against process requirements.
  • Provide consultation on re-engineering techniques and deploy plans from conception to close.
  • Support launch and deployment of special programs and change management projects to drive cultural transformation.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations with a strong understanding of process improvement methodologies.
  • About 5 years of proposal development, project management, or process improvement experience with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma knowledge desirable to drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Change Management principles understanding to navigate complex organizational changes.
  • Ability to work with multicultural teams and adapt to diverse work environments.
