Job Opportunity:

Global Process Management Associate Director

The ideal candidate for this role will oversee the efficient delivery of Record-to-Report (R2R) services within their region, ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards and driving the transformation roadmap to align with business strategies.

  • Service Delivery: Ensure timely and effective delivery of R2R services within the region, meeting all service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Compliance: Maintain adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards.
  • Transformation Leadership: Lead and direct the transformation roadmap to achieve strategic objectives for the business.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for service delivery and transformation initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or shared services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive change.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of R2R processes, compliance requirements, and transformation methodologies.
