Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and propose process improvement opportunities.
  • Generate hypotheses and set up tests using data to validate them.
  • Analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Collaborate with data product managers to build data products.
  • Participate in discussions and decisions regarding Data Analysis.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, BI, statistics, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Extensive experience in data visualization and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with Python, R, or another programming language.
  • People analytics experience.
  • Background in Business, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
