Job Title: Back-Office Support Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience in Murex back-office functionalities? Do you have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently?

We are seeking a highly skilled Back-Office Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support group, you will be responsible for resolving daily user issues, liaising with internal teams, and developing requirements based on given streams and resolution needs.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience with Murex Back-Office functionalities, including Datamart, Market Data, Batch processing, End of Day flows, interfaces, and Trade Life Cycle. You will also need strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve daily back-office user issues with functional and technical support
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and implement necessary enhancements
  • Develop requirements based on given streams and resolution needs
  • Manage daily tasks to complete application support deliverables
  • Contribute to support groups' efforts in resolving requests or issues

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Murex Back-Office functionalities
  • Experience with Datamart, Market Data, Batch processing, End of Day flows, interfaces, and Trade Life Cycle
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Good product knowledge in IRD, CRD, EQD
  • Understanding of P&L concept and its components
