  • Manage the HUB DP area
  • Spearhead initiatives that enable growth, enhance processes, and lower costs for customers.
  • Partner with operations field leaders to resolve problems that affect the last mile.
  • Identify impacts of new business initiatives and successfully integrate them onsite.
  • Innovate to improve customer experience and remove costs from the network.
  • Analyze operational barriers and solve them by understanding root causes.
  • Optimize the network and operations through benchmarking with peers.
  • Build strategies for the area, upholding them with senior Ops leadership.
  • Streamline daily operations with new mechanisms and metrics.
  • Work with technology teams to develop tools and systems that support the business.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management or related technical field
  • Experience in operations, logistics, or related field
  • Manage partners in any operational field.
  • Experience with performance metrics and process improvement techniques.
  • Full staffing life cycle, including interviewing, hiring, and performance management.
  • Flexibility to travel and work varied hours.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, excellent writing skills.
  • MBA and technical field experience is highly desired.
  • Analytical, able to distill down complex operating models, and identify opportunities.
  • Operate at strategic and operational levels, credible and impactful with leaders and on the shop floor.
  • Negotiate and contract with 3rd party vendors.
  • Manage diversity of culture and matrix structure.
  • Handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations.
