Winter Event Staff Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to work on our Nordic events team, delivering exceptional experiences in a fun and inspiring culture.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with event or race set-up duties, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Work closely with the Race Director and Events Staff to achieve common goals.
  • Perform various duties during events, including crowd control, ticket checking, course monitoring, and tour guiding.
  • Provide excellent customer service and serve as an ambassador of the Nordic Center while on duty.

Working Conditions:

Work outdoors in winter and spring mountain conditions for prolonged periods of time. Use snowmobile drag and track setting equipment to groom and compact snow. Follow all safety protocols.


Requirements:
  • Current and valid driver's license is required.
  • Experience with snowmobiles and knowledge of Nordic skiing is essential.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and work in harsh winter weather conditions.
  • Effective communication skills and experience in front-line guest service are necessary.
