Financial Controller Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced financial professional to lead our organization's financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial control and ensure the integrity of our financial data.
  • Review and evaluate entire bookkeeping schedules to ensure compliance with professional standards, IFRS, and company policies.
  • Develop accounting policies and procedures manuals.
  • Critically review financial reports and raise questions involving accounting principles, auditing standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fully qualified finance professional (CA/CPA/ACCA).
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in the financial planning and strategy, financial control, driving profitability, process improvements, tax, and corporate finance.
  • Fluent communication and business partnering skills are essential.
