Leadership Opportunity

  • We seek a finance executive with extensive experience in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to drive business growth and success.
  • The ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive financial plans, including annual operating plans and monthly forecast updates.
  • Additionally, they will oversee the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including P&Ls, revenue dashboards, and key deliverables for executives.

About the Role

  1. Develop strategic financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  2. Analyze financial results, key metrics, and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize financial performance.
  4. Collaborate with external partners, such as CPAs, to ensure accurate financial data and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of finance experience with a CPA or CFA designation.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term goals.
