Coca-Cola is seeking a highly skilled Franchise Operations Manager to oversee the growth and success of our business in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business results and alignment with our company's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Lead the implementation of operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial and financial projects, including marketing and sales initiatives.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the franchise, including marketing, commercial, and financial activities.
- Develop and implement revenue growth opportunities and solutions to drive business expansion.
- Partner with bottlers to ensure local relevance and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead the execution and commercialization of projects from concept to launch, establishing business systems and procedures and KPIs.
- Develop processes and systems to increase sales effectiveness and maximize resource allocation.
- Identify market insights, risks, and opportunities and communicate them to marketing, commercial strategy, and innovation functions.
- Work with other regions and operations peers to ensure best practice sharing and alignment.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience within the Coca-Cola System or within the industry.
- Desired marketing and commercial experience.
- Recommended bottler marketing or commercial strategy experience and understanding of retail channels.
