IT Recruitment Specialist

This is a highly sought-after role for an experienced headhunter to find skilled engineers ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging suitable candidates, presenting the benefits of living and working in Sweden, and building trust with them.
The selected individual will collaborate with a global team of recruiters and a local HR/relocation team to facilitate relocation, visas, work permits, housing, travel, and related arrangements. Their work will be planned and executed with colleagues across multiple countries and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage engineers in the IT sector who are open to relocating to Sweden.
- Present the benefits of living and working in Sweden and build trust with suitable candidates.
- Collaborate with a competent global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to facilitate relocation, visas, work permits, housing, travel, and related arrangements.
- Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues across multiple countries and clients.
- Support clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.
- Maintain a high level of service, brand awareness, and professional conduct with candidates and clients.
- Manage recruitment requests with analytical, organized, and detail-oriented approaches; maintain a positive, proactive attitude.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector or similar technical experience.
- A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
- Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for each challenge.
- High quality standards and brand awareness.
- Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts.
- Upper-intermediate English.
- Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail; capable of identifying and closing recruitment requests.
- Confident, sociable, upbeat, self-motivated, and capable of handling rejection with perseverance.
- Executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
- Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
