As our primary point of contact, you will ensure seamless communication and exceptional service execution for small and medium-sized business owners. Your main responsibilities include:
- Client Onboarding: Ensuring smooth transitions and setting expectations for ongoing service delivery.
- Client Relationship Management: Serving as the main point of contact, understanding clients' needs, and translating them into actionable strategies.
- Internal Coordination: Communicating effectively with the internal team to address client requests and concerns promptly and accurately.
- Client Support: Handling inquiries, resolving issues personally or collaborating with the team as needed.
- Upsell and Cross-sell Opportunities: Identifying opportunities to enhance clients' digital marketing strategy.
- Reporting & Strategy Meetings: Conducting monthly meetings to review results, discuss recommendations, and create new opportunities.
