Client Success Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our organization.

This role involves managing and growing client relationships by executing data-driven performance marketing strategies that exceed customer acquisition goals.

  • The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of digital marketing/affiliate marketing experience with a focus on performance marketing and client relationship management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to decipher data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring balance between meeting client demands and internal company goals and priorities.
  • Revenue Growth: Proactively identify and execute opportunities to scale client accounts, consistently achieving or exceeding profitability targets within the first 6 months.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client KPIs.
