Job Overview

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Relationship Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.


Key Responsibilities
  • Meet Sales Targets: Support sales teams to meet quarterly and yearly targets by entering sales orders, tracking customer deliveries, providing quotations, and performing other duties as required.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with Sales, Accounting, Shipping, and other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Customer Support: Assist with customer pricing, orders, and general information, while overcoming technical and business objections from prospective customers.
  • Sales and Quotations: Emphasize saleable features, quote prices and credit terms, and prepare sales orders for obtained orders.
  • Delivery Estimation: Estimate the date of delivery to customers based on knowledge of production and delivery schedules.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Reporting and Data Entry: Prepare reports of business transactions and enter new customer data and other sales data into a computer database.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Proven Sales Experience: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
  • Customer Service Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer software and systems, including CRM databases and Microsoft Office applications.
