Estamos recebendo currículos para a contratação de um Relationship Management - Specialist para o BNY Mellon, business de Asset Servicing & Digital.
A área de Relationship Management é responsável por desenvolver e aprimorar o relacionamento com os clientes atuais do BNY Mellon com objetivo de entender suas necessidades e propor soluções adequadas aos negócios da organização.
Os profissionais da área interagem diretamente com especialistas de negócios de toda empresa para garantir que as operações e serviços contratados pelo cliente sejam entregues nos padrões desejados.
**Atividades da Posição**:
- Será responsável pelo relacionamento com gestores contratados pelos fundos administrados pelo BNY Mellon, bem como clientes institucionais que contratem o BNY Mellon para a prestação de serviços de controladoria fiduciária;
- Participar das atividades de gerenciamento de risco, clientes e serviços prestados a seus fundos, tais como liquidez, KYC, BAC, etc., com o objetivo de assegurar a manutenção de relacionamentos saudáveis do ponto de vista regulatório e reputacional;
- Coordenar e executar junto a seus clientes o mapeamento de oportunidades para ampliação do relacionamento com o BNY Mellon, além do monitoramento constante da percepção do cliente sobre a qualidade de nossos serviços, visando mitigar riscos de ruptura no relacionamento;
- Avaliar continuamente as necessidades dos clientes, compartilhando experiências e tendências de mercado que possam resultar em novas receitas para empresa.
**Requisitos Obrigatórios**:
- Ensino Superior Completo;
- Inglês Fluente;
- Sólida experiência em relacionamento comercial;
- Certificado Anbima CPA 20;
- Experiência na indústria de fundos de investimentos.
**Local de Trabalho**:
Rio de Janeiro ou São Paulo
