- The Customer Success Manager will play a key role in achieving this goal by managing relationships with Enterprise customers, ensuring their happiness and communicating the value of our platform to drive deeper engagement.
This position involves owning and managing customer relationships with Enterprise customers, understanding their unique challenges and operationalizing our platform to enhance security. The ideal candidate will be able to apply knowledge of cybersecurity, third-party risk management, and our products and services to provide proactive support and guidance to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with Enterprise customers, focusing on delivering exceptional service and driving customer success.
- Apply expertise in cybersecurity and third-party risk management to design solutions for customers, aligning our platform with their business challenges and goals.
- Design success plans for a portfolio of Enterprise customers, from onboarding to upsell and renewal, aiming to renew and expand partnerships.
- Serve as a subject matter expert regarding the SecurityScorecard platform and cybersecurity/third-party risk management industries.
- Collaborate with regional teams to manage gross and net retention of the portfolio, including forecasting and revenue growth.
- Align our platform with customer business objectives and operational goals.
- Raise retention levels and expand partnerships with customers.
- Operationalize the SecurityScorecard platform within customer organizations.
