Job Summary

The Ex Inspector is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of offshore facilities.

This role involves conducting inspections and repairs of electrical and instrumentation equipment, as well as coordinating third-party ex-inspection teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong background in electrical engineering, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections and repairs of Ex equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Coordinate and manage third-party ex-inspection teams on board our vessels.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to the core crew on Ex-related activities.
  • Manage the on-board Ex Electronic Management System.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Required qualifications include a current IECEx certification or CompEx certification, and NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering.
