Turbine Design Lead Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Turbine Design Engineer to join our team as a Technical Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead turbine mechanical design coordination in project execution.
  • Provide technical support to engineering teams and other cross-functional areas.
  • Analyze technical information from work packages and participate in identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Plan and coordinate project engineering basic design phase.
  • Perform designs and calculations of turbine components.
  • Direct and manage design reviews.
  • Prepare technical documents, including test procedures and operation manuals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with NX, AutoCad, and/or SolidWorks.
  • Demonstrate technical leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus).
