About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Quality Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the product lifecycle, aligning with development teams.
  • Collaborate with project managers and scrum masters to ensure effective quality management.
  • Manage Quality Team resources and support the implementation of Cloud Qualities in projects.
  • Provide best practices and processes to development teams on Test Strategy, Automation, CI/CD, and DevOps.
  • Participate in risk management processes and escalate quality concerns to Accountable Engineering Managers.
  • Advise customers on establishing Quality Management activities and perform QM status reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, IP, and ISO 9001 standards using tools like ISP and cPro.
  • Contribute to the Quality Management community and engage in continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology-related field.
  • Professional experience in Quality/Testing Management.
  • Excellent customer management skills and ability to work with Public Sector customers.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Teamwork, pro-activeness, and focus on results.
  • Ability to quickly learn new areas and experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with software quality assurance and test methodologies.
  • Cloud native solutions experience is a plus.
