We are seeking a seasoned Technical Operations Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of DevOps processes and tools.
This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify and eliminate bottlenecks, reduce lead times, and improve the overall efficiency of our technology operations.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong technical skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a passion for driving process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have experience with leading teams, managing projects, and ensuring that code is released frequently and reliably.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and monitoring and alerting systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth and efficient deployments.
- Work with infrastructure and cloud teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure underlying infrastructure.
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, team leadership, and project management.
Language: Very good knowledge of English.
