The RoleThe technology ecosystem of Small World is evolving. We are seeking an experienced technologist to maintain an operations environment that enables us to monitor and manage new solutions. This includes working with project teams to identify and deliver the IT operations requirements of a new technology solution, and collaborating across the Technology team to analyze and document processes, customer journeys, and technical patterns.
Responsibilities- Ensure that all customer journeys/processes are documented, such that their technical implementation can be appropriately monitored and measured, and the impacts of any service issues easily determined.
- Liaise with DevOps and Sys/Network admins teams to identify monitoring and operations requirements for new solutions being proactive.
- A strong technologist, with experience in technical operations.
- Language skills: Spanish and English (must have).
You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, collaborate with a global team, and contribute to the development of our technology ecosystem.
This role involves taking a leading role in collaborating across the Technology team to analyze and document processes, customer journeys, and technical patterns. You will be expected to influence design thinking to ensure solutions are appropriately manageable in life.
