We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a critical role that requires excellent technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for our 24/7 operations, including off-shift support and occasional on-site support during evenings or weekends. They will also be responsible for identifying, researching, and resolving complex technical problems, documenting common processes and procedures, installing and maintaining software, and supporting physical network and wireless access points on-site.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of related experience or equivalent education, as well as experience with Microsoft Office products, English and Portuguese language skills, and hands-on experience implementing and administering on-prem and cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for 24/7 operations
  • Identify, research, and resolve complex technical problems
  • Document common processes and procedures
  • Install and maintain software
  • SUPPORT physical network and wireless access points on-site
  • Install, configure, and maintain printers and VOIP/soft phones
  • Maintain and manage company physical and cyber security system
  • Issue new user accounts and hardware to new employees
  • Evaluate overall systems performance, workflow, procedures, and recommend and/or implement changes and improvements as necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years related experience or equivalent education
  • Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, etc.)
  • English and Portuguese language skills
  • Hands-on experience implementing and administrating on-prem and Cloud based solutions
