Job Title: Cloud Security Expert

As a Cloud Security Expert, you will play a crucial role in protecting enterprise cloud services. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement robust security frameworks, processes, features, and services that meet customer requirements during both presales and post-sales phases.

You will report directly to the Chief Security Officer (CSO) and collaborate with the CSO office to develop an effective global security strategy, implement security programs, and provide services that meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for the CSO office, providing expertise to customers during both presales and post-sales phases.
  • Represent the CSO office in customer discussions to support presales architects and sales colleagues.
  • Redefine customer-facing documentation, including brochures, whitepapers, and detailed security documents, to reflect policies, services, and features.
  • Take initiative to support the security roadmap and address customer requirements effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with all security colleagues to understand private cloud development challenges and translate them into effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of overall security experience dealing with complex security requirements for big customers.
  • 5+ years of experience architecting security tools and complex projects.
  • Experience with MSSP models in public/private cloud environments, including shared responsibility with customers.
  • Strong network security and cloud security technical capabilities, including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • CISSP certification, CCSP/CCSK certification, or SANS certification is highly desirable.
  • Customer-facing/public speaking experience.
