**Job Overview**: We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the operational activities of our site and administrative areas, including financial, technical, maintenance, procurement, supplier management, and asset management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage operational activities, including financial, technical, maintenance, procurement, supplier management, and asset management.
- Develop and implement operation and maintenance processes for buildings and administrative areas.
- Manage service providers for gardening, cleaning, and security services.
- Prepare work plans to ensure excellent operation, with definition of performance metrics and clear and objective problem resolution.
- Follow site procedures, in accordance with local client norms and policies.
- Develop service providers and maintenance in accordance with the client model.
- Apply Safety at Work standards, in accordance with local legislation and client policies, when applicable.
- Conduct inspections to ensure that maintenance providers are meeting contractual obligations with the client.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Ensure that services provided by maintenance providers meet health and safety material standards.
- Prepare periodic reports on activities performed in the maintenance service.
- Perform regular audits.
