Senior Outsourced Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Outsourced Team Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating with multiple outsourced service providers, including daily communication, task execution, progress tracking, and business alignment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in merchant operation support and be fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). They will also possess native-level proficiency in Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate with multiple outsourced service providers
  • Define and implement KPIs/SLAs, conduct regular operational reviews, and drive outsourced teams to achieve service quality and efficiency targets
  • Monitor performance across different sites, identify operational risks, and proactively implement optimization measures
  • Review and standardize customer service workflows, scripts, and operating procedures to ensure consistent service experience
