Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Social Media Content Lead. This individual will be responsible for creating engaging and consistent brand messaging across various platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will develop and execute social media content plans to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, content teams, and designers, to create cohesive brand messaging across all public-facing channels
  • Create high-quality content that resonates with the target audience, including captions, headlines, and scripts for social videos
  • Manage and maintain a consistent publishing cadence across multiple platforms
  • Monitor and respond to comments, engage in conversations, and coordinate with partners and affiliates to amplify reach and visibility
  • Track performance metrics and report on insights to guide future content decisions
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Strong writing skills, understanding of tone and nuance, and ability to adapt copy across platforms
  • Proficiency in shooting and editing content on a smartphone, and comfort working with raw and produced material
  • Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple timelines without missing deadlines
  • Deep understanding of social platforms and ability to identify what content works best where
  • Track record of growing audiences and creating content that drives results
  • Comfortable working directly with leadership and managing high-impact, high-visibility content
