Senior Brand Experience Designer

We're seeking a skilled Senior Brand Experience Designer to lead the creation of innovative digital assets, design systems, and web experiences that drive customer engagement and conversion.

  • About the Role:
  • This is a highly creative position that requires a deep understanding of brand identity, visual design, and marketing strategy.
  • You will be responsible for designing digital assets, creating design systems, and developing web experiences that meet our clients' needs.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Managers, Developers, and Designers, to deliver polished work that balances brand and performance.
  • This role is designed for someone who is confident leading creative projects, executing comfortably in multiple styles, and communicating effectively with clients.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in design, preferably in an agency or design studio environment.
  • Digital portfolio demonstrating strong branding, visual design, marketing design, and/or web design skills.
  • Proven understanding of design principles, including layout, hierarchy, color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Strong ability to lead client calls, drive workshopping sessions, and manage client relationships directly.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is required.
  • Fluency in English is essential for communication with clients.
