- Conducting thorough analysis to identify areas of improvement within the rider community, and working closely with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that address these issues at their source.
- Designing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to enhance rider loyalty and engagement.
- Coordinating large-scale events, including project planning, resource allocation, and execution.
- Leading a team to create and execute experience projects that drive cultural growth.

- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and foster a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and logical thinking ability.
- Experience in project management, data analysis, and experience development is highly valued.
