This role is critical in serving as a trusted advisor throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring solution design aligns with customer requirements and adheres to scope, budget, and schedule.

  • Serve the customer as a key stakeholder, managing relationships and communication throughout projects to ensure timely updates and clear expectations.
  • Lead onsite and remote meetings with customer teams, facilitating activities such as requirements gathering and configuration reviews to ensure solution alignment.
  • Offer innovative solutions when faced with challenges or scope adjustments, leveraging expertise to navigate complex issues effectively.
  • Contribute to the development and management of project plans, providing estimations and recommendations to manage scope, budget, and timeline changes.
  • Perform thorough testing and quality assurance, coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and deliver customer-specific training programs during project implementations, empowering clients with the knowledge needed for successful adoption.
  • Collaborate with support teams to resolve customer configuration defects, ensuring seamless issue resolution.
  • Ambitious individuals are required for occasional travel (up to 20%) to customer sites, where they will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

About You

We're looking for an experienced consultant with:

  • A strong background in technical implementation consulting, with 5+ years of experience working with SaaS solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise in software and integration configuration, including coding skills to format structure and layout.
  • A solid understanding of cloud technology principles and service delivery targets.
  • The ability to analyze complex enterprise-level challenges and develop practical, innovative solutions.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify obstacles and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills, with the ability to deeply engage with customers, uncover their needs, and address real problems through tailored solutions.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate customer needs and simplify processes.
  • Strong dedication to customer satisfaction, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional service.
