Job Description

As a mid-senior level Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining large-scale distributed systems that ensure reliability for a global user base. The engineer will work with various technologies including Python, FastAPI, MongoDB, React, TypeScript and CSS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop web applications using Python and FastAPI
  • Contribute to architecture decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging and performance optimization
  • Respond to critical bugs or incidents by building, scaling and maintaining large-scale distributed systems

The ideal candidate has solid understanding of RESTful APIs and database design principles, experience deploying to cloud technologies, proficiency with Git and agile methodologies, excellent English communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.

Requirements and Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • Solid understanding of UX fundamentals
  • Experience with data orchestration systems and distributed systems is a plus

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior startup experience or willingness to take on multiple roles
