We are seeking an experienced and skilled Delivery Manager to join our team of software experts. As a key player in our Data Studio, you will have the opportunity to grow and evolve by building innovative software solutions in an agile environment.

As a Delivery Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Starting new projects and establishing efficient project management processes for new projects and accounts at the Data Studio
  • Supporting sales efforts
  • Driving inception and discovery phases for new engagements
  • Managing pilot projects
  • Consulting, mentoring, teaching, and coaching AgileEngine teams and clients
  • Helping improve project management processes for existing projects
  • Taking responsibility and tailoring the best solution in terms of scope, time, and budget
  • Managing people and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Understanding of the software development life cycle and project management practices
  • Experience with planning, work tracking, requirements elicitation, and other project management activities
  • Hands-on project management experience
  • A go-getter and result-oriented attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts
  • Developing and sharing portfolio dashboards and governance reports
  • Engaging in pre-project discussions with stakeholders to build the optimal delivery engagement and solution approach
  • Supporting team ramp-up and onboarding
  • Setting up best practices (tools, processes, people management)
  • Ensuring projects meet industry-leading quality standards and knowledge sharing with client teams
  • Monitoring changing customer needs and proactively offering the right solutions
  • Providing consulting, coaching, and training for project team members
  • Providing proactive constructive input to the organization on services and solutions that should be considered for improvement and/or creation
  • Regularly monitoring and continuously improving stakeholder satisfaction
  • Managing risks, anticipating problems before they arise, and working with appropriate personnel to develop solutions
