**Job Title:** Production Supervisor
">We are looking for an experienced and skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operations of assigned lines, implementing strategies and action items to achieve production goals and objectives, and ensuring the implementation of maintenance, quality, occupational safety and line HR systems.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing industry, including supervisory capacity. Strong leadership, communication, and management skills are essential for this role. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the efficient and effective operation of assigned lines.
- Implement strategies and action items to achieve production goals and objectives.
- Ensure the implementation of maintenance, quality, occupational safety and line HR systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate of any engineering course, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Electronics Engineering; license and/or certification, or graduate studies, preferably related to relevant Engineering field, are advantages.
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing industry, 1 year of which in supervisory capacity.
- Prominent leadership, communication and basic management (planning, leading, organizing and controlling) skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Teams, at minimum), and SAP.
- Excellent people management skills, backed by solid experience in coaching, mentoring employee discipline, performance management, talent development and change management.
