Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced:

PR Account Executive (m/f/d)

Location: Brazil (hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete management of international travel and tourism clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Engage in regular communication through scheduled calls with clients.
  • Compose and distribute press releases, media kits, pitches, and alerts effectively.
  • Organize and manage media events to enhance client visibility.
  • Plan and accompany press trips to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain regular status reports to keep clients informed.
  • Coordinate various PR and marketing initiatives to support client objectives.
  • Facilitate market visits for clients within Brazil.
  • Proactively pitch to media outlets to secure quality placements.
  • Develop and execute innovative strategic PR plans as needed.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations within the Travel & Tourism sector.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages such as French or Spanish is a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing international clients on a daily basis.
  • Strong connections and understanding of top-tier media in Brazil.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving objectives.
  • Outstanding presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally.
  • Familiarity with gastronomy, lifestyle, art/culture, and fashion media is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms is a plus.
  • A valid passport and visa for travel to the USA are required.
