Job Overview

As a BIM Specialist, you will have the opportunity to focus on modeling mechanical and plumbing systems for various construction projects. Excellent English language skills and experience working with Revit are essential for this role.

The Role

This position requires strong technical knowledge, expertise in Level of Development (LOD) and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), as well as autonomy in self-management and modeling activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Modeling of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and plumbing systems in Revit
  • Coordination and clash-detection through Navisworks
  • Maintenance of high-quality models with accurate measurements and fittings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering (architects may be considered with extensive experience)
  • Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
  • Experience working with Revit and Navisworks

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) add-ins, such as Evolve and SysQue
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD Plant 3D and programming languages like Python
  • On-site experience with field-focused BIM services
