Technical Documentation Specialist

This role involves creating technical documentation to ensure clarity and accessibility in product documents and user guides.
The ideal candidate will be meticulous, able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
A Bachelor's degree in IT-related fields is preferred.
You will work closely with subject matter experts to gather information and maintain accuracy in technical content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain technical documentation for various products;
- Adapt complex technical content for easy-to-understand language;
- Collaborate with SMEs to ensure the accuracy of technical content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT-related fields;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to quickly learn technical concepts;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace;
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills;
- Fluent in English.
