- Lead and mentor teams of UX/UI designers to create top-notch digital solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design informs product strategy.
- Develop and implement design systems for consistent digital touchpoints.
- Advocate for human-centered design innovation at senior levels.
- Master's degree in Design or related field, or significant work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, service design, or digital product design.
- 3+ years leading, mentoring, and managing design teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and understanding of the design process.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across different disciplines.
