We are a key internal partner to product and technology, bringing the voice of the customer into the design, development, and successful deployment of our solutions.

About the Role
  • We support enterprise initiatives by engaging with cross-functional teams and clients, primarily in the Brazilian market.
  • We work closely with clients to lead and influence them in performing required system calibrations, operational procedures, and understanding of industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients, and possess a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
