The primary objective of the Project Manager is to deliver high-quality projects to customers while maintaining strict governance standards.
As the main point of contact, this individual is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving project success.
- Deliver successful quality professional services projects to customers in partnership with them.
- Implement a robust governance framework on projects and metrics, including scope, margins, risks, schedule, and project-related KPIs.
Act as the interface between TR and clients, effectively managing client expectations throughout the project execution stage.
Oversee one or more critical business goals for global business partners by developing and tracking detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, resource allocation, communication strategies, risk mitigation plans, and issue resolution plans.
Ensure financial management of the project to guarantee profit.
Resolve issues across multiple TR and client work streams involved in the project.
Proactively identify and provide mitigation plans for potential risks impacting the project's overall success.
Establish a professional rapport with internal and client project teams to maintain excellent client satisfaction.
Present project status using TR selected tools, tailoring the level of detail according to the target audience.
Serve as the primary interface with the client regarding deliverables, change requests, and sign-off on status and requirements.
Maintain healthy governance and project metrics, reporting to the company.
Monitor project revenue forecast and realization against the revenue plan.
