Key Responsibilities- Developing and delivering technical training programs for dealerships and their staff.
- Providing operational and performance training to enhance dealer network capabilities.
- Monitoring new product introductions (NPI) to inform training material development.
- Designing and implementing training programs for trainers and instructors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency desirable.
- Public speaking and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to changing environments.
- Valid driver's license (Category 'B').
