Purpose of the Role

We are at the forefront of advancing innovative solutions to save lives and improve livelihoods.

We are seeking an experienced individual to build and lead a new commercial operation nationally for our agricultural technologies.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and managing effective go-to-market campaigns for innovative agricultural products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver commercial sales growth in Brazil for our agricultural solutions.
  • Lead a team of Technical Sales Representatives (RTVs) and customer support experts to serve a broad range of customers nationally.
  • Seek and close equitable and sustainable partnerships via direct, distribution, and licensing formats.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and funnel process.
  • Conduct market analysis and set segment pricing and commercial policies for all channels.
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders including Senior Leadership, R&D, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development divisions in Brazil and globally.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales and/or demonstrated sales and business development leadership success in the agricultural market.
  • Significant experience in developing and executing new and innovative product launch campaigns.
  • Experience hiring and developing RTV sales teams for product roll-outs.
  • Track record of building and successfully advancing a business development pipeline.
  • Proven experience generating and managing significant commercial revenues and operations nationally.

This position reports directly to the Country Director and is based in Campinas, with continuous interaction with the Global BD division.

Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
