Job Title: Transformation Change Manager

About This Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Change Manager to drive large-scale change across business units and geographies. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to improve AI capabilities and evaluate results to identify paths for further development.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze data and metrics, such as confusion matrix scripts, outliers, path flow, cluster, and other metrics.
  • Analyze the accuracy of models and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop new conversational flows, adjust existing ones, and improve them in Watson Assistant.
  • Work with client business representatives, team members, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Required Skills:

  • Industry knowledge (banking) and customer service expertise.
  • Strong analytical skills to utilize and interpret scripts, gain insights, and identify improvements.
  • Understanding of NLP and machine learning.
  • Knowledge of Watson Assistant - intents, entities, variables, conversational flow, dialog structure, etc.
  • Ability to analyze content, understand flows, and identify improvements in development.
