About the Role

The successful candidate will possess a strong grasp of business fundamentals and create a liaison between technology strategy and business strategy. They will be responsible for defining the digital strategic plan for Brazil, aligning it to our business goals and outcomes.

The role involves:

  • Identifying specific business capabilities that will enable achievement of our strategic goals
  • Developing the improvement roadmap to achieve these outcomes
  • Defining benefit and outcome expectation from capability improvement
  • Providing strategic prioritization within the functional or geographical area of accountability
  • Tracking value realization of digital investment and measuring its effectiveness
Key Responsibilities

The Digital Business Strategy Lead will be responsible for:

  • Co-creating region/market and functional strategies with Regional & Market Leadership teams
  • Developing robust cases to facilitate effective and visible strategic prioritisation of digital investment
  • Supervising demand and value realization of digital investment
  • Identifying and assessing business capabilities to be developed/transformed
  • Inspiring relationships with Regional & Market leadership teams
