Regional Strategy Lead Role Overview

The Regional Strategy Lead plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and strategic leadership within the team and with clients. This position requires expertise in research methods, competitive landscape analysis, positioning, creative brief development, and communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage proprietary frameworks to deliver distinctive strategic work.
  • Partner with regional MD to lead business development efforts.
  • Develop Brand Beacon, Provocation, and Brand Building Workshops.
  • Adapt brand building templates to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with Global Strategy Lead to develop strategy work.
  • Form strong relationships with Creative, Account Management, Medical Strategy, and Science & Regulatory teams.
  • Build relationships with day-to-day clients.
  • Provide thought leadership internally and externally on market dynamics, audience needs, and preferences.
  • Stay connected with North American based strategy leads and other global strategy leaders.
  • Ensure quality work and coach/brainstorm with reports.
  • Help evaluate talent and determine promotion readiness.
  • Participate in recruiting and interviewing for the team.
  • Contribute to scope of work and staffing plan development.
  • Manage workflow and anticipate/manage resource spikes related to brand building projects.
  • Connect strategy team to freelance resources, research vendors, and recruiters.
  • Adapt Klick's culture to the local hub culture.
  • Grow relationships with potential clients and identify new business opportunities using regional contacts.
