The Regional Partnership Lead for Latin America is responsible for spearheading the growth and strategic development of client partnerships across the region.
This role requires a deep understanding of digital media buying, programmatic advertising, and agency business models in Latin America.
The ideal candidate will have 12–15+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or similar roles within AdTech, Media, or MarTech, ideally with a focus on Latin America.
- Develop and execute the regional client success roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and local market dynamics.
- Lead and grow a high-performing regional team, providing coaching, structure, and support to elevate performance and impact.
- Act as a senior strategic partner for key clients and agencies, identifying opportunities to grow accounts and deepen relationships.
The Regional Partnership Lead for Latin America will drive meaningful change in a growing market, take ownership of key Latin America client relationships, and be part of a fast-scaling organization with global exposure and leadership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regional Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute the regional client success roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and local market dynamics.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and grow a high-performing regional team, providing coaching, structure, and support to elevate performance and impact.
- Client Partnership & Retention: Act as a senior strategic partner for key clients and agencies, identifying opportunities to grow accounts and deepen relationships.
Requirements:
- 12–15+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or similar roles within AdTech, Media, or MarTech, ideally with a focus on Latin America.
- Demonstrated success in managing regional teams and scaling client operations across multiple countries.
- Strong knowledge of digital media buying, programmatic advertising, and agency business models in Latin America.
What You'll Need To Succeed:
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluent in Spanish or English.
- Experience working with CRM and reporting tools (Salesforce, Looker, Jira, etc.) is a plus.
