
Latin America Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Latin America Business Development Manager to lead our business growth in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business expansion, building strong relationships with customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve revenue growth, and providing market intelligence to inform business decisions. They will also work closely with our sales team to ensure alignment on key objectives and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in Latin America
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
• Provide market intelligence to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve key objectives and strategies
• Analyze market trends and develop insights to inform business strategy
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in business development or a related field
• Proven track record of driving business expansion and revenue growth
• Strong understanding of the Latin America market and its dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
