We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our business development efforts across Latin America.

About the Role
  • This is a key regional leadership position that will serve as the primary public-facing voice and thought leader for our organization in LATAM.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all business development, event representation, policy, and regulatory initiatives in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to grow our presence and revenue in LATAM.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and industry leaders.
  3. Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in business development roles within the blockchain, fintech, or financial services industries.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the blockchain industry, either at a blockchain company or in a role working on blockchain technology and use cases.
  • Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape and experience working with crypto exchanges, custodians, and asset tokenization platforms.
