We are seeking an experienced Channel Development Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for identifying and building strong relationships with key partners in Brazil.

As a Channel Development Manager, you will play a vital part in driving business growth through strategic partnerships. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute partnership strategies, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities of the Channel Development Manager include:

  • Identifying potential channel partners across various clusters, segmented by industry, geography, and specific area of expertise.
  • Closing partnership agreements while balancing company goals, speed, and economic potential.
  • Evaluating the financial and non-financial benefits and risks of new partnerships.
  • Tracking, reporting, and optimizing the performance of partnerships.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Experience and Skills:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in sales/business development positions focusing on the Brazilian market.
  • 2+ years' experience in managing Channel Partners/Resellers.
  • English fluency or bilingual proficiency.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong relationship-builder, initiator, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
