The role of Head of Partner Advisory and Activation is a senior position that requires a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.

As the primary business partner to North America leadership, you will drive alignment and execution against business and program opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as General Manager responsible for a business growth portfolio of Latin America program managed partners and implementation support.
  • Identify, align, solve, and deploy opportunities for transformation and scale in generating partner activation within the Latam segment.
  • Generate partner-led business growth through portfolio analysis and outbound activation campaigns using outsourced Partner Advisor teams.
  • Deploy partner enablement programs within Latam to accelerate technical, business, market, and Google partnership readiness.
  • Represent Latam partners in cross-functional projects requiring collaboration with central teams for improved partner experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Expertise in data analysis, business forecasting, and Machine Learning model development.
  • Ability to drive business growth across the Latin America partner ecosystem.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
