Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage incoming issues.
- Support customers in implementing and operating solutions effectively.
- Analyze and resolve reported issues using knowledge databases and/or verifying system parameters.
- Conduct thorough analysis of reported issues.
- Collaborate on global projects focusing on process optimization, infrastructure requirements, and quality assurance.
- A motivated individual who takes initiative and stays curious.
- A student pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (Java, C++, ABAP/4, Python, JavaScript) is beneficial.
- Excellent customer focus and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
