We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Experience Associate Consultant. This role will involve collaborating with our leadership team to support the development of central and foundational capabilities within the Essential Adoption Services organization at SAP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the maintenance of Onboarding Resource Centers, ensuring they remain a one-stop shop for customers and solution specialists;
  • Assist in creating and executing a viable maintenance routine for Webinar landing pages, used across solution areas within the Onboarding Center;
  • Design visual resources needed to support communications strategy, ensuring consistent branding and effective messaging across platforms;
  • Create assets and experiences to offer straightforward and easy-to-grasp messaging around strategy to internal and external audiences;
  • Support the design and continuous improvement of the Customer Onboarding Strategy, including creation of communication assets aligned with corporate and organizational strategy;
  • Collaborate with the Experience Owners team to map and curate end-to-end onboarding journeys, leveraging content across solution areas;
  • Participate in ad-hoc strategic initiatives to address business and transformation demands, such as customer feedback programs and competitor research;
  • Engage in social media content creation, promoting webinars and team updates, videos, and GIFs to enhance online presence;
  • Utilize AI tools to develop diverse assets, including cross-solution area videos, to enhance visual content strategy.
Requirements:
  • Good graphical design skills or interest in developing them;
  • Fluent communication in English is essential, with other languages being a plus;
  • Experience in video editing or interest in developing it;
  • Participation in creation or maintenance activities of SharePoint Pages or willingness to learn by doing;
  • Strong planning and time management skills;
  • Positive attitude, passion for learning, and ability to take initiative;
  • Ambition to grow at SAP in a customer success organization and learn global strategy routines;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
